There was 1 late fee on utility bills and 0 letters were sent.

The sales tax receipt for October was $5,186.10.  Receipts for October were $29,456.69 and disbursements totaled $15,849.44.

Rod will be putting up the city Christmas Angels soon, as he turns them on Thanksgiving Day.  Vanessa asked if the City wanted to host the Holiday Christmas Lights Contest again this year, all Council members were in favor!  Flyers will be hung around town, letting everyone know when judging will be and the prize amounts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Mayor Shivers said that there were no new updates on the Tipton Sports Complex.  He did mention that he has had a couple people reach out to him to rent the concessions space out next year.  Mark Towner brought up that the TV that was requested for the fitness center is still in the works of getting purchased.

Superintendent Rod Barker said that the water leak in the park has been found and fixed.  In the process he removed two hydrants from the west side of the park area.  There is still one hydrant by the horse shoe pits, which is usable.  Rod also mentioned that the base for the new flag pole has been poured and now needs time for the concrete to set-up.  More discussion was brought up on the basketball court slab.  No definite decision was made yet, as some questions are still unanswered.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.  Next meeting date is tentatively scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
