Vanessa Tonne told the council that the process has been started for getting information around for the city budget.  Hometown Insurance sent the City a break down of the premiums for all the city buildings and properties.  This also included the new concessions building premium.

Updates were given on the new concessions building.  Council Member Michael Ohnsat asked about the key situation for the concession stand area, was questioning how many keys were initially made/given out.  Mark Towner gave an update on the open house that took place on Saturday April 25th.  He said it was successful and has approximately 35 family memberships and 15 individual memberships so far for the fitness center and membership dates will be from May 1 to May 1 of following year.  More key fobs will need to be ordered, as if someone loses the one they have, there will be a replacement fee to get a new one.  Wilson Communications is currently working on the Wifi setup.

Sara Dilley asked if a QR code could be added to the City’s website.  This would have all the information available for the City of Tipton.  Everyone at the meeting was in favor of this, and thought it was a good idea.

Dream Big update, Sports Net with accessories have been delivered.  Discussion was held on more of the design of the new court for the park.  Mayor Shivers said that the plans that were received, the court is a little bigger than what is currently in the park.

Superintendent Rod Barker talked about placement of additional lighting the park, and also a spot light to be added to shine on the Cardinal on the building.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 pm.  Next meeting date is Tuesday, June 2nd at 7:30 pm.
