A new mural has been completed in Tipton with the artisitic talent of Kelsey Adams.  The mural is located in the City Park on the south side of the park bathroom building.  There are more future plans for additional murals.  Come check out the mural and enjoy our park with lots of shaded spots, picnic tables, park equipment for all ages and a basketball court.  Thanks to Kelsey Adams for painting the colorful addition to the park!
