KANSAS COUNTS - CENSUS 2020

                            CENSUS 2020  --  WE ARE "COUNTING" ON YOU !!

Every resident can, without a lot of time or any money, contribute to the quality of life in Kansas and help their own family and community.  Simply complete the 2020 U. S. Census form.

Over the next decade, for every person counted, Kansas will receive an estimatd $20,800 in federal funds for things that are vital to our quality of life, such as education, nutrition, health care, fire departments, transportation, infrastructure, senior services, veterans' programs, job training, parks, community centers, block grants, disaaster relief, disease control and hundreds of other critical services and programs that make a difference in our lives.

The results of the census also determine the number of seats each state will have in the U. S. House of Representatives and are used to draw congressional and state legislative districts.

Individual census data is confidential and will remain confidential for 72 years.
